Printing full page area

Hello: I have a higher end laser printer (xeror phaser 5400) that allows
printing without margins on a full sheet (full bleed). Other
applications such as Adobe Reader will print a full page no problem, but
Word prints with margins. I've set the margins to zero. A message box
comes up saying "The margins of section 1 are outside of the maximum
print area. This doesn't happen with Adobe Reader. Any suggestions?

That warning is coming from your printer driver. Obviously, someone forgot
to tell it that the Phaser can print full-bleed.

Ignore the warning and hit OK.

Word picks up the measures from the printer driver. If your printer driver
is correct for the printer, and you have set the paper size correctly, Word
will print full-bleed. However, you may get that error and just have to
ignore it.

Cheers
