Printing function error (caused by ownership?)

On Excel 97 and Windows 98:
I receive an Excel file from E-mail/Soft copy, when I open this file and
want to print out to my network printer. I found that the properties of my
printer was not like as my default setting but it seem likes as the owner of
this excel file setting. Such as I have set my mailbox to no.1 and the owner
of this excel file has set to no.9, when I open this file and print it out,
this file will be stored in mailbox no.9 instead of no.1.
Can anyone help me?
