Printing Gantt

Nicole

Hi,
I learned how to print Jan - Dec and the tasks all on one
page. But now I need to know how I can put items 1 - 15 on
one page 16 -30 on another etc. so that they are more
readable. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Nicole,
By "items 1-15" and "16-30" I assume you mean task lines 1 through 15,
etc. Why not simply put a manual page break after task line 15, 30, etc.?

Hope this helps.

Ok I put in page breaks but it is still printing 37 tasks
on one page. What else do I have to do? Thanks a bunch!

Nicole,
Trying to remotely troubleshoot printing problems is always dicey since
each user has their own printer type, settings and print drivers.
Without actually seeing your file and probably not having the same
printer setup as you I can only guess at some things. Take a look at
File/Print. In the Print window is there a option to set Manual Page
Breaks? If it is not checked, check it. Hopefully that will resolve the
problem.

Tom,
Great! I have no idea why the extra page break option is even on the
Print window but it is. It seems to me that is a user wants a page break
they shouldn't have to indicate so twice. I guess the human factors spec
wasn't available when they wrote the code.
