I am a new user to Excel, and, for medical purposes, have to produce a graph monthly showing blood sugar content.

I have entered data into an Excel spreadsheet, and want to print off a chart in graph form without showing the data input sheet. At the moment the screen is showing that I have to print the graph in two parts superimposed on the data sheet. I want to print the graph on one sheet of A4.

Thank you.

HI,

Right-click or control-click on the border of the graph. From the pop-up
menu click the button next to New Sheet, give the sheet a name, then
click OK.

That moves the graph to a new worksheet that is called a "chart sheet"
(Microsoft doesn't get the word "graph") because the only thing that can
be on that worksheet is the graph.

The graph will still be connected to the data, so as the data changes,
the graph will update.
