Printing Gridlines

I have a user that has defined "Gridlines" on a Gantt chart. Middle Tier
(Used to define Months) and the bottom Tier (Defines weeks). While trying to
print to an HP LJ 5500 ps (using the Postscript driver) the user selects
Print preview and the gridlines are displayed, however, when printed the
gridlines are not available. Anyone with any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

First thing to try - download and install an updated printer driver.
