When printing handouts, date and page number are printed in header and footer
(respectively) by default. I cannot remove them just by unchecking the box in
Options > Header and Footer.
I found a solution for date - if I pick Fixed (Date), and make the field
blank, the date in header is not printed. That leaves me with page numbering
I cannot get rid of. The same thing happens on my friend's computer.
Any ideas? Is it a bug? Thanks.
