Handouts option no longer exists in print dialog box.
Jon, don't know if anyone has contacted you about this, it's one of those
things that's not intuitive at all and I only found it by burrowing into the
help section, but you can get handouts on the print dialog as follows:
On the File menu, click Print.
On the pop-up menu in the print dialog box that contains the words Copies &
Pages, click and Microsoft PowerPoint will come up as an option.
On the Print What pop-up menu, you get the option of varying numbers of
slides per handout - just click the number of slides you want on the
handout, and then click Print.
