Printing Handouts

I have two issues with printing handouts - I'm using PPT 2003.

1. When I hide slides, and print handouts, and for example slides 2 & 5 are
hidden, then the handout page numbering will show those numbers as missing
and I don't want this.

2. When printing 2-up page handouts and I want the to print a page in the
middle of the document, the page numbering reverts back to Page 1 and I want
it to print the actual page #.

Any ideas...

I'm sure that's by design. You'll have to actually delete the hidden slides
if you don't want the rest of the slides to allow for those numbers when
printed.

2. When printing 2-up page handouts and I want the to print a page in the
middle of the document, the page numbering reverts back to Page 1 and I want
it to print the actual page #.

PPT's handout printing is very rudimentary. I'd suggest using File/Send
to/Word to get around this.

Otherwise you can change the page number by adding it to the handout master
(View/Master/Handout Master) directly. Just type it into the page number
area.
