Printing hyperlinked documents

I have set up hyperlinks to Word documents, and I want to be able to print
these documents when the hyperlink is invoked. The document appears on
screen the way it should when I use the hyperlink, however when I use the
browser's print function, I get an empty framed page with a message that the
page could not be printed as displayed.

Is this a Visio thing or a browser thing? Can anyone help me get around
this problem?

When you activate the hyperlink Visio launch word with your document so you
could print as you do it in word. So first correct the problem using word
and you document.
