Printing Icon doesn't work in Entourage 08

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

I am having trouble printing e-mails. If I have a message open and click the print icon I get and error message that reads: An unknown error occurred while printing: (-30872). Once this happens I am not able to print anything at all.

If I close and relaunch Entourage, I can print via File:print, but the icon will not work for me in this version.

Any suggestions, or anyone else having this problem?

I have also noticed it takes my Office 2008 programs much longer to launch than normal.

I have the same problem in Word 2008. The print queue shows "/Library/Printers/Xerox/filter/XeroxPSFilter failed"
Works just fine from the File:print menu
