Printing images

Miss K

Can someone tell me why the business card sheet I created (using an
appropriate label template) only prints ALL the information and
graphics in the right column? I am using one line of Word Art (in
addition to 1 clip art image and text) and that particular line will
not priint in the left column, but does so in the right. The rest of
the label info prints, but not that line. When I do a print preview,
everything looks great, but when I ask for it to print, everything
prints except that one line of Word Art.

Thanks.

Yeah, Microsoft could tell you that :)

It's a bug in Word. There was a patch that I thought fixed it -- have you
been to the Microsoft website and applied all the latest updates?

In the meantime: the bug appears to be trigged if a "table" is the first
character in the document. In a label template, a table is the ONLY content
in the document.

You can usually work-around the bug by placing some text above the business
card table.

One line, containing white text (not hidden text, white text) "This is a
work around". Set the line 1 point high with no space before or after so it
does not upset your label placement, and your business cards should then
print correctly.

Cheers
