Printing in 2pt.

My problem is this.

Virgin install of WinXP Pro.
Virgin install of outlook2003

When ever you try to printing an email it prints in Arial 2pt.

WHY!!!!!

It set to print:
New Messages 10pt Arial
Replay/Forward 12pt Arial
Composing/reading plain text 16pt Courier New

Ideals anyone???

Does it do it with any email? Or is it a particular email you're having
issues with? If it's just one, do you have Internet Explorer 7 installed?

It appears that the problem was with one email. It was sent in HTML and
inbeded in the HTML was the font and point size. MS SHELL DLG 2pt.

Since the person does not have MS SHELL DLG the printer chose Ariel 2pt.

IS there a way to over ride the font and point size used in a HTML email????

BTW: what does Internet Explorer 7 have to do with outlook email?
