printing in an office

our office has 1 printer and 20 users, my problem is that no one
admits to actually printing anything. lots of wasted paper because
no one admits to doing a print.

can the printer be configured or each work station so that the
name or pc user can be printed out with a print run??

what a load of wasted paper.

one whit did say remove the printer another take away the paper.!!

there must be a more friendly solution???

Hi,

This is off topic in that it doesn't really have anything to do with Word,
much less with visual basic for applications.

You can probably configure your network and/or your printer to do this. I
would suggest posting the question on newsgroups devoted to them with
information on what network you are using and what printer you are using.
