Printing in Book/Catalog Layout

MICROSOFT WORD X for MAC OS X

I'm looking for help with printing a rather large document in "Book" layout;
that is,
two pages per sheet
two-sided printing

So that I can fold the pages in half and have all the pages in the right
order.

There is a template in the Project Gallery called "Catalog" which kinda
looks like it'll work, but I need to make some changes to it and I can't
figure out how to do that. For example, it asks you how many pages you want
when you create the document, but if that's not enough how can you add more
pages?

Is there someplace I can go to get a tutorial?

Btw, I went to the Microsoft Word MVP FAQ Site and found some info on
booklet printing, but it was for Office 2000 for Windows, I need comparable
info/macros for Mac and Office.X

Any help will be appreciated
Thanks!

I posted a recipe for something similar on 24 Dec, inviting comments.
you might still find it on your news server, and google will have it:-
'Printing 2up double sided from a non-duplex printer' message ID was:-

It won't do the folding trick, but if you are using 'wire-o' or
'perfect binding' it will work fine.

As far as I know, there is no way to do exactly what you want from Mac
Word. In the past I have pasted text into Freehand and printed from
there, but that is only good for short documents of less than 16 pages.
It is far too tedious.

Commercial imposition programs come at scary prices, and they assume
you are starting from Quark or Acrobat.
