Printing in Color?

When I view my notes, I see all the elements of the stationary I have created.

However, when I go to print, send to MS Word, or email a note, it's in
black-n-white only!

Is there a way I can print in color (using the stationary coloring or
background)?

No; color elements of the content of the page such as text and Ink will
print in color, but the page background will not print in color.

I imagine that it's on pupose - IE does something similar in printing text
