Printing in colour

I have several reports in access designed as Certificates. The problem is
that when the reports are printed, the colour Graphics print in Grey Scale.
The printer has a new colour cartridge and has been tested to prove it is not
the printer. Are there any settings in the report design or Access that
could be causing this to happen?

Thanks Stephen. Could you kindly advise how I go about this? As I have
several copies of the same data base with the same certificates, I found that
when I imported the reports from another data base, the colour printed on the
certificates. It seems to be a bit of "Hit & Miss". The issue is with
access_correct?
