Printing in Outlook 2000 Calendar Details style

I am trying to print 3 months of calendar view, and want
to show ALL DAYS even if nothing is happening on that
day. However when I print, only days that have
appointments print??

Anyone know of an option or anything to show all days
regardless of appointments?
