Printing in Outlook 2002

We recently upgraded to Office XP and since then our users
have been unable to print to our Toshiba E-Studio 650
copier. They are able to print to other printers just
fine from Outlook. They can also print from Word, Excel,
etc... to the copier. But they are unable to print to the
copier from Outlook. Anyone know why?
