Printing in Outlook 2003

Hi
I have got a strange problem of printing in outlook 2003. I have a laptop
with win XP SP2 and offfice 2003. All my printing from word excel is ok and
prints clear characters. But If I print a message received in my outlook the
print comes with some characters overtyped on the words and the text is
spoiled. I tried doing everything right from re-installing office, putting a
different version office, changing the printer drivers, using other printers
and also re-installing the windows XP OS again and office 2003 again

Can someone help me to resolve this issue ?
