Printing in Outlook

I'm looking for a way to print only one or two pages from a lengthy email in
Outlook (i.e. ten pages).

If you message is in HTML format, you'll be able to do that. Open the
message, then click Edit>Edit Message, then Format>HTML, then File>Print.
