printing in Outlook

My email printing format changed. I cannot keep the
default to portrait anymore, it automatically reverts back
to landscape. I have reset the printing styles. Made
sure on the paper tab portrait is selected. It still
prints out landscape. When I look at print preview, I see
it correctly. Is there anything I can do to fix this
before I have to uninstall office? p.s. I am running
Office 2000
