Printing in Project

Hello,

I would like to print from the calendar view and want to leave out the
'duration' on the tabs. Is this possible?

Hi Ecain25,
Yes it is possible. Apply the calendar view. Choose Format--> Bar Styles
in the menu.
Select noncritical in the task type list. At the bottom of the dialog box,
click in the Field names list and delete Duration field and comma.
Repeat for critical tasks.
This should print just the task name in the bars on the calendar view.
