Printing in Visio 2003

Can't Print in Cali

Occasionally, when I print a flowchart on low-quality on my LexmarkZ705, I
only get the top left hand corner printing out and englarged. That is, that
top corner fills up a whole Letter or Legal size sheet. Usually this happens
when I print on low-quality. Page setup shows the zoom as 100%. This is
really frustrating!
I updated to Visio SP1... any ideas?
