Printing in Visio - enlarging doc from A4 to A3

I am having problems with distortion of background when scaling a document
from A4 to A3. What is the best way to do this? I want to print it in A3 size
but it is very fiddly.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

How does it look in print preview ?
The background is bitmap or vectorial ?

I think the best way is to specify the document size (A4), then the
printer paper size (A3), then "Fit to 1:1".
