printing in word

when printing a document instead of getting the document printed out
I get a technical description of the document. When I go into preview
I get 2 documents. One the the technical description of the document
and another the actual document.
Please help thanx Robert

try Word | Preferences | Print--uncheck "Document properties" under
Include with Document.

(this is a MacWord group--if you are on windows, see Tools | Options |
Print).
