If you have a printer that prints duplex, then you should be able to do
this, regardless of Notebook or regular format. In the File | Print
dialog, change the Copies and Pages dropdown to Layout. This does not
depend on Word and will be the same in any program.
If you don't have a printer that offers duplex, then you can print all
odd pages, turn them over, reload the printer, and print all even pages.
In that case, change the Copies and Pages dropdown to Microsoft Word.
