Hi John,
You could create a macro do do that (check with the
folks in the Word newsgroups (below) for specifics and include
the version of Word and Windows you're using), but keep
in mind that Word is text reflow rather than page layout
software.
If you switch to a different printer the pagination of
your document may not be exactly the same, depending on
the capabilities and settings of the other printer.
