I need to print directly on index cards, and can't get Access 2000 to do
what I want. Yet with Excel 2000, I can define and print index cards with no
trouble.
What happens with A2000? An index card fed into my laser printer gets
absolutely no ink on the card. Yet when I feed in a letter-size sheet, A2000
puts the 3x5 ink on the upper left of a landscape page. It's as though A2000
doesn't understand the print driver settings - but Excel does.
Nothing has changed in the printer when using Excel and Access. The printer
is set for 3x5 landscape paper. Excel honors this, but Access doesn't.
Yes, my Access 2000 is old, but works for everything else I want - so I
can't justify upgrading to a more recent version. And my Office 2000 is
up-to-date with the latest Microsoft updates.
Thanks for any help.
