printing info not needed

Recently when I print a Document I also print
Data\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dot with all the information about the
document. It is an annoying complete waste of paper. How do I disable this
feature?

I suspect tools > options > print > uncheck 'document properties' is what
you are looking for?
