Printing is inconsistent between worksheets.

I have 25 Excel 2007 files, consisting of three worksheets, that I print
every month. They are the exact same file, created from one template, that I
use to track temperatures at different locations. The first worksheet is the
"data sheet" and the remaining two are of charts made from the data sheet.

I set up my printing preferences on the template before I created the other
documents; Hallway Printer, secure/locked print, all sheets in color, and I
made sure to select all sheets in each workbook then save it so I can print
the entire workbook at once, instead of just the "active" front sheet.

I set my printing preferences in my default printer as locked/color and
proceeded to print all 75 pages locked and in color. They were all "normal"
and in B&W. After working correctly for 7 months (double checking my default
printer, selecting all files, right click, and selecting print to have them
all locked, in color, and three sheets) the agency upgraded to Xerox
machines. Meaning my files lost their saved, default printer.

I opened up all 25 individual files and printed them individually, selecting
Secure, Automatic Color, Entire Workbook, etc.

When I walked back to the printer, I saw that all 25 were locked jobs,
(yay!) so I printed them. (Side note: I miss being able to select all 25 jobs
all at once when at the printer, enter my password once, and they all print.
Ikon was good for that. But that's all they were good for. With our new Xerox
machines you have to select them individually.)

The print jobs came out as sheets 2 and 3 in B&W and sheet 1 in color. In
that order. All 25 sheets 2 & 3 lumped together, then all 25 sheets 1 lumped
together. When I get back to my desk, I select Print Preview, and guess what?
Page 1 is color, pages 2 & 3 are B&W in Print Preview.

I selected ENTIRE WORKBOOK to print, and in color. Why did it only print
page 1 in color? When I print from the chart, and Entire Workbook, the whole
document is in color. I can't print from the first page?! And why did it
print them in a messed up order? The documents were sent to the printer as
1,2,3 1,2,3 1,2,3 etc. and unlocked as 1,2,3 1,2,3 1,2,3 etc., so why did
they print as 2,3 2,3 2,3 1,1 1,1 1,1 ??

I guess (after rambling on, but I wanted to make sure all circumstances were
known) my question is: How do I get back to the point where I can just select
all 25 files at once and have them print all in color?
