Printing issue in Access 2003

This is an odd issue. I recently installed a new system for a user, and
migrated her data and profile to the new system. The user is now unable to
print from Microsoft Access. When accessing File--Print, the screen flashes
but never offers any printer options. When the mouse cursor is hovered over
the toolbar print icon, the pop-up indicates (no printer). A default printer
has been selected, and she is able to print from all other Office components.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
