Printing issue on a report

Ok,

I have a user who is trying to print a report. The issue is the logo she has
ont here at the top does not print out with the rest of the report. I have
gone through the basic steps of having her deleate the logo and place it back
in. I have also made sure the printer has ink in it.

I am lost for ideas.
