Printing issue withoutlook 2001

I have a user who has outlook 2001 installed on OSX, when he wants to
print his calendar he gets the error message "The print operation
could not be completed. Cannot print because there are no valid .fmt
files available." All other portions of outlook can be printed. Has
anyone seen anything like this? I googled the error message and
Microsoft had a KB article for it pertaining to OLK97. I did find the
FMT files present. I should mention that this function was working
well for a long time and suddenly has become a problem. Thanks

Maybe your .fmt files have become corrupt. I'd suggest running some disk
utilities such as Apple's Disk Utility or Norton's Disk Doctor. Also,
you can redownload the Outlook 2001 installer from here
