Printing issue, won't print all pages in workbook, seems to send each page separately

Some of my users are having issues printing from excel 2004. When they
choose print and tell it to print the entire workbook, only some of the
pages print. Usually the first page doesn't get printed and sometimes
the last page doesn't either. One thing I did notice is when excel
2004 prints and entire workbook, it sends each page as a separate print
job, so maybe its sending jobs too fast for tiger's print services to
keep up with. I read other people are having problem when printing to
PDF where they are getting multiple 1 page PDFs which I suspect is also
part of the same problem. Just to cover the basics, we are running
office 2004 fully updated, 10.4.7 and are having problems printing to
both USB and network printers.

This is embarassing, but after fully blowing away the users Office
prefs the problem with only a couple of the pages appears to have gone
away. I still find it strange that if you print an entire workbook, it
sends each page as a separate print job instead of one big one like
Office on the PC does. I'm still curious if anyone knows why Excel
2004 does this.
