Printing issues: can't change page range, etc

Anyone else having problems with printing, namely, inputting changes in the
"page range" or "from...to" fields? Is there some trick to fixing this?

I'm having the same problem on two different iMacs running OS X 10.3.5
and Word 2004 -- the issue seems to be with Word, rather than the print
driver, since it's only Word that is causing the problem. Anybody have
any idea how to fix this?

I am experiencing the same problem. The custom print options that Word
used to provide are simply absent from the print pop-up menu now. This
makes it impossible to even try to ask for a page range, or a specific
page.
Config.: Office 2004, French version, updated with SP1 on a PowerBook
G4 DVI 800 MHz 500 Megs RAM.

Everybody's printer is different, but in mine, I can choose page ranges in
two places--the Print dialog defaults to Copies and Pages, or if I change
the dropdown menu to MS Word, I can pick odd/even pages. Which are you
referring to?

Regardless, it probably makes sense to see if reinstalling the printer
driver helps--drivers can corrupt and it is not inconceivable that it would
only affect Word.

Also, there appear to be two different problems here--you are saying the
options are entirely absent--others said they were unable to enter anything
in the page ranges boxes, but could see them.
