Printing issues

In OneNote 2007, is there any way to print and entire notebook (or section) and
also print any attachments. The "attachments" are separate filed that are
referred to by a hyperlink in the OneNote notebook.

One can print sections but not a while notebook.
Fir printing all pages in a section, in the printer dialog select
"Pages".

... and also print any attachments. The "attachments" are
separate filed that are referred to by a hyperlink in the OneNote
notebook.

2.) One can not print any attachments from inside ON.
One has to open the file and print from the related application.
