Printing job details

I want to print draft copies of my Publisher documents to keep hard copies,
is there anyway I can print out the document with the file name. Inserting
headers and footers only seems to allow me to add in time, date and page
number details and I can't see an option in Print setting to allow me to
print job details. Any help would be much appreciated.
