printing just one "department" in a report or list?

im very excited about all the possible features. but id like to print all the contacts of any particular department. i mean sort them all accroding to department, then print a list of all the contacts info. is that possible?

Create a new view of your Contacts folder that only shows the members of
that one department (set up a filter to exclude all other departments), then
print from that view.

If it were me, I'd use Categories: create a category for each department, and a
view based on the category, then switch to the view, select all, print... There
may be other ways, but I use categories a lot as they are useful for so many
things.
