printing labels skips rows

I have recently converted to Word XP and am experiencing a problem with printing to output from a mail merge
The problem is that in print preview I am able to see all the records that came out of the merge
When I print, the first line from all pages other than page 1 dont print out

Some specifics
Trying to print using Avery label 5267 on a HP Deskjet 895cse printer
The labels have been formatted to Ariel 6pt font
There are 80 labels on a page. The problem is that the first 80 print fine, it skips printing records 81-84, then prints out starting at record 85
If I delete all the records from page 1, all the next 80 records print fine

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi =?Utf-8?B?YWwgcGluZGFyYQ==?=,

This sounds to me like a problem the printer-driver is having, processing the
section break + following table on each consecutive merge page. You might try
deleting a section break or two in the merge result to see if that makes any
difference (there should be one at the end of each page, and you'll probably see
them best in the Normal view.

You should also check with the HP about an updated printer driver for working
specifically with Word 2002.

Other than that, since hardware isn't really my (our) forté, I'd suggest asking in
the word.printing.fonts group.

Cindy
thanks for your thoughts.
I deleted the auto section breaks but still no luck. It still skips printing the first line.

HP says that I have the latest driver, so I dont know what to do next.
Any ideas on where I can talk to the fonts group you mentioned?

Also, since I have posted e-mail address on this group, I have been receiving about 60 spams a day from someone saying they are Microsoft with current updates of something. This is very disappointing!

Hi =?Utf-8?B?QUwgUElOREFSQQ==?=,
Also, since I have posted e-mail address on this group, I have been receiving
about 60 spams a day from someone saying they are Microsoft with current updates
of something.This is the reason the interface you're using (the microsoft website) tells you
explicitly to NOT post your email address. A couple of months ago, some
wise-cracks created a worm (type of virus) that picks up email addresses from the
newsgroups, spams them with email *that contains a virus*. These messages are NOT
from Microsoft, and you should definitely not even read them!
Any ideas on where I can talk to the fonts group you mentioned?
I don't usually use the webpage interface, but taking a look at that, you want the
Office/Word/Printing, Fonts newsgroup that's listed on the left.
