Printing Labels with different text on each one

Ann

I want to print labels that I can put on the back of
photos I have. These labels will describe what is on
each photo, therefore, each label will have different
text on it.

How do I go about doing this? I couldn't figure this out
with a search here or in Word help.

Thanks,
Ann

You create a table whose cells match the layout of the sheet of labels that
you'll be printing on (the Labels wizard on the Tools menu does this
automatically for 'standard' label types); then type your text into the
table cells.

Hi Ann,

In the Labels dialog, click on the New Document button after selecting the
type of labels that you want to use and a new document will open containing
a "sheet" of labels. In Word, labels are merely tables with fixed cell
dimensions that match the corresponding label stock. If you do not see the
outline of the labels, select Show gridlines from the Tables menu. When you
get to the bottom of the sheet, just press the tab key and another row of
labels will be added, just like when working in any other table.
