Printing labels

I am trying to print mailing labels from a database. I can merge the
information, but it only prints one mailing address to page. It won't fill
each label with an address? Help Please

Before merging the data to your mail merge main document, you must
"Propagate the labels." If you're using the Mail Merge Wizard in Word 2002,
it's easy to overlook that step, but at some point there's a button in the
wizard to do that. Even then it's a bit deceptive, because instead of
displaying the merge fields, it will display a full sheet of the same label.
This is just for display purposes; the merge will be correct.
