printing labels

I have mail-merged an address book to print labels; there
are 21 labels in the data-base. I want to print 3-4
copies of the labels and have the printing to continue
with the blank labels at bottom of page? They are
printing out each page separately and I have wasted labels.
I thought,in the past, that if I asked for "3" copies, the
labels just continued to print?

Hi Nancy,

Unfortunately you didn't mention what program and version
within MS Office you're using. If it's Word you may
want to chek with the folks in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.word.mailmerge.fields
and include the additional information.
