printing Labels-

K

Ken

After moving my address books from Win95 computer to WinXP
(Home), all seemed to transfer fine, my problem occurred
when I tried to print labels from new data base; when I
selected the data base with the addresses I needed, a
message appeared: "office cannot use works files that
contain formulas for mail merge. Remove the formulas from
this file to use it as a data base". I was unsuccessful
in doing this; any help would be appreciated....it
referred to seperation in "fields" and also in "records";
what I did was wrong.... In pilot talk, I was out of
airspeeed and ideas. Thanks

What program are you trying to use to print the labels?

Remember, this group is for support of Microsoft Office, so if you are using
Works, you need to post to a Works group, such as
microsoft.public.windows.works.

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Ken asked:
