Printing Large Project Files Externally (Kinkos)

I have created a large project file that I would like to print out, but on
the printers I have it would be some sixty pages and I really don't want to
try to tape them together.

Does anyone know how you go about setting such a file up to print at an
external site such as Kinkos?

So do you just output to a PDF distiller?

I think so, but you should call Kinkos and ask them. I've always printed
directly to plotters.
