Printing Layout for Single Page

D

Dip

Hello,

I have set the page setup to print in 1 page (A3). The print is sometimes 1
page and sometimes 2 pages (with the last task printed on page 2). I am using
MSP 2003.

Thanks,
Dip

Have you tried the scaling options in file/page setup?

Hi, I can scale it manually for the whole schedule to be in 1 page. But it
does not look "good" and "full" (meaning the top half is full but the bottom
half is not). Whereas if I fix it to be 1 page tall and 1 page high, it is
"full" and better looking, but does not fit into 1 page every time. I have
tried limiting the time period as well from the Print.

Any other tips are most welcome.

I have exactly the same problem using MSP2007 Pro. I am trying to print to A1
on an HP 450C Plotter. When I select Fit to 1 page tall by 1 page wide I
always get one task on a second page.

Any ideas?
