Printing letters with ASK fields to Adobe Acrobat

V

Virginia

I am unable to print documents using ASK and REF fields to
Adobe Acrobat without receiving an error message. I
understand why this would happen if using MERGE info from
another document, but I am using multi-page documents that
refer to info (e.g name, address, account number) in the
same document.

Is there a way to successfully covert these documents to
Acrobat?

Hi Virginia,

As long as it's OK to turn the links into static text for
this purpose, you should be able to use Ctrl+A, F9 (to make
sure everything is updated) then Ctrl+Shift+F9 to turn it all
into regular text.
