Printing Linked Documents

I've got a machine that has problem printing Office linked
documents from a web page. Generally what should happen is
if you've multiple linked documents and you select print
all linked documents, what should happen is that the app
should open the doc, print, then close the app. All this
should happen in the background and all the documents
should print. In my case, as soon as I hit print, it
prints that first page, but then opens the application and
just sits there. The remaining printed pages are blank.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
