Printing Mail Merges

Can someone help printing only portions of the data in a mail merge?
I have pre-printed, stationary and have completed a mail merge with an excel
spreadsheet. However, i only need to print the names and the date to the
pre-loaded stationary. Is this possible? Thanks

If that is all that you want to print, the merge fields that contain that
information is all that you should have in the mail merge main document.
You will need to arrange the merge fields in the configuration that you want
the data to appear in the printed result. Inserting the fields into the
cells of a borderless table may be the easiest way to do that.

Hi Doug, Your reply to envelope mail merging definitely helped. Thanks. But
I am not understanding this bit of assistance. The names, which is all the
information that I want to print, are the only thing that I have in the main
doc. Just not sure how to print these diff, merged names onto the
pre-printed letter. Thoughts?

First I would execute the merge to a new document and try printing a page of
that new document onto the pre-printer letter paper to make sure that it all
lines up correctly. If it is OK, you could then print the whole of the
document to the pre-printed letter paper or re-execute the merge directly to
the printer.
