Printing mailing list

In acces, I created a query for a mailing list. I want to know if there is a
way to program with VB in the back ground to automatically open word and
export the data into the mailing list template 5160. The user wants to click
the query button and have the word mailing list appear ready to print.

Yes, you can automate Word to do this. However, it is much easier to use
Access Reports which can handle labels easily rather than using Word
automation.

In addition, Access has the Label Wizard which does most of the work in
creating the "Label" Report for you!
