Printing monthly calendar in outlook 2003

I'm trying to print a monthly calendar but for any reason it shows for every
day the first five or six appointments and after that it says "more items". I
want to see all the appointments in every day and not that "more items". Any
ideas how can I print the monthly calendar without viewing the "more items"
description.
